Grace Distribution Inc. is an American trading company since 1999. The founder, Mr. John Coffey, is the former vice-president and current board of director of The Cinema Audio Society and former vice-president of Local 695 Hollywood Sound Union.

John Coffey is the current president of Coffey Sound (www.coffeysound.com), a well-known Hollywood audio equipment company that specializes in sales, service and rentals of professional audio gear for the TV, radio and film industry. Since Grace is fluent in the Chinese language, Coffey Sound often partners to sell to Grace's Chinese customers in America.

Grace Distribution distributes Zaxcom digital recording products to the China market. Zaxcom is the leader in digital recording technology and has been awarded Oscar and Emmy Technical Achievement Awards for their products. Their newest patented technology is a wireless digital transmitter with recording inside.

Grace also represents Deneke products in China too. Deneke also has an Emmy Technical Achievement Award for revolutionizing the film industry by keeping the production and post production process in sync.
